If you wish, you may return the product within 15 days from the date of delivery. Vijayawada Mart will offer a refund for the exact amount that was paid for the product(s). The refund will be made to you in the same account through which the original payment was made within 7-10 working days once the returned product has undergone a satisfactory quality check by our team. Please note that no refund of the courier expense incurred will be done in case the product is returned using a personal courier.
You will need to follow the steps below to return a product(s) online by visiting www.vijayawadamart.com
1. Access My Account and click on My Orders
2. Select the Order number which you wish to return and click the Return Item panel appearing on the lower end.
3. We will have your product collected within 3-4 days of placing your request from the address in our records.
4. Place your return in its original packaging and make sure that all tags, accessories and packaging is included.
5. Pack the items to be returned and secure with tape.
6. Do not forget to enclose a copy of the invoice for us to trace the order details.
7. Mention our warehouse address mentioned in the lower end of the invoice on the package before handing it over to the courier service. Please keep the courier receipt after handing over the sealed packet of the product you wish to return.
After a quality check of the returned product (s) , the exact amount that was paid for the product(s) will be refunded to you in the same account through which the original payment was made within 7-10 working days.
For a return to be accepted by vijayawadamart.com the following conditions are to be met:
• All items to be returned in an unmarked, unused condition with the original packaging and original sales receipt.
• Any item that has been altered or repaired will not be accepted for a refund or exchange.
• Footwear should be tried on a carpeted surface and kept in dust bags.
• Footwear that is returned without a box or in damaged/used condition or with marked soles strictly will not be accepted.
For seamless returns, kindly ensure the product is packed in the same way it was packed and sent to you.
After inspection, we will confirm the following to ensure the products are in an acceptable condition or not:-
1. Name/image/brand/serial number/article number/bar code should match and MRP tag should be un-detached and clearly visible.
2. The product should be unused, unwashed, unsoiled, without any stains and should be non-tampered.
3. The product should be undamaged and without any scratches, dents, tears or holes.
4. Product’s original packaging/box should be undamaged.
Cancellations
You may cancel your order online by accessing the My Orders section and clicking on the Order number which you wish to cancel. You will need to click on the cancel item panel appearing in the lower end. Please note, an order can be cancelled only before the product(s) has been shipped out of the warehouse and the cancel Item panel will not be active once the order has been shipped out of the warehouse.
After successful cancellation, the exact amount that was paid for the cancelled product(s) will be refunded to you in the same account through which the original payment was made within 7-10 working days.
